Hello, my name is Paulina Sandoval. I am an educator and the Director of The Idea Online School by ESN. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education and Human Development, a Master’s in Education, and several diplomas in pedagogy and human development. My passion is working with adolescents and preparing the adults around them—teachers and parents—to better understand, guide, and support them. I design innovative programs that combine academic excellence, emotional intelligence, and real-world skills, so that learning becomes a journey of connection, purpose, and growth. Over the years, I have trained educators, collaborated with families, and created spaces where students discover their own voices. My work is about empowering the next generation to thrive—not just in school, but in life—by building resilience, empathy, and creativity.
