How To Read Anyone in 10 Seconds or Less
This is a fun and engaging program that helps the participants understand 5 key aspects of the way people process the world. Knowing these things about others is based on the physical structure of their face. The 5 areas are… • How a person makes decisions (logical or emotional) • How a person projects themselves into the world (the approach to take with them) • How a person restricts themselves in the world (what they worry about) • How a person evaluates themselves (driven by goals, people, or introspection) • How a person processes information (the best communication approach) This program is fun and very interactive. It begins with a reverse introduction that gets people laughing, having them evaluate the people around them, make a few fun facial expressions, and explain how their neighbor views the world. Next, I engage the audience by reading key faces, then tie it all together to show how the 5 areas apply to the client's business and industry.

This section outlines ways to inspire innovation, accountability, and engagement while achieving great business results. As participants go through the key skills of creating the next generation of leaders, they effec
Accountability At Work
Accountability at work isn't about "Making" others do things. It isn't even about catching them doing things wrong and correcting them. Accountability at work is about using a framework of coaching, praising, and correcting to get others to choose to do what is right. The magic formula of accountability is a 70/30 formula. 70% of accountability is positive affirmation, while 30% is confrontation. Both require a specific framework to be effective. In this program, participants will learn the specific framework for affirming and reinforcing behaviors, how to confront negative behaviors and outcomes, and the three magic questions that move people from blaming others to accepting full accountability. Nobody changes while they are blaming another person. All change rests on an internal choice to own responsibility for a choice, action, or outcome. By mastering the behavior change framework and learning the THREE simple questions, you will drastically improve your ability to create account
