How many of us have been in a business or project launch meeting and details of what needs to be done start to be thrown around and then the "leader" in the room gets asked a question, and the gut-wrenching response comes back, "Well, It depends." Well, thank you "Captain obvious!" is what we think, well, maybe just me. How many projects or decisions have been stalled by "It depends"? If we as leaders know so much about the path to improved organizational performance, why is it so difficult to get there? This interactive session incorporates small group and large group think-tank discussions on how we can close the gap between Knowing versus Doing. We will begin the work to put to death the DeFacto "It Depends" and build a healthy living environment for decision-making and action-taking.
